We own two houses since 11 years and went through 3 pest control company's in the past. I have used Preferred Pest control for my home since about 1999. I also use them at a rental property I own. I'm very happy with their outstanding service with pest control. When they spray, they are very thorough. Today I had them do "critter control" on my home - apparently a small mouse was able to squeeze through the grates and get under my home. In addition to adding wire mesh to the inside of my grates, they built a custom door for my crawl space door. It's very well built and looks great. I highly recommend Preferred Pest Control.
