I have used Preferred Pest control for my home since about 1999. I also use them at a rental property I own. I'm very happy with their outstanding service with pest control. When they spray, they are very thorough. Today I had them do "critter control" on my home - apparently a small mouse was able to squeeze through the grates and get under my home. In addition to adding wire mesh to the inside of my grates, they built a custom door for my crawl space door. It's very well built and looks great. I highly recommend Preferred Pest Control.

We had a major rodent infestation and needed it handled quickly. The fine people at Preferred Pest Control of Savannah were able to eradicate the issue. From the moment I called and spoke with Maggie, she helped assure us in a situation that truly started as a nightmare, the rest of helpful staff came out and had things under control in no time!!!!! We own two houses since 11 years and went through 3 pest control company's in the past. This company is really great. We had a spider infestation and I needed it taken care of quick. I called the office and talked to Maggie. She was really great and got a tech out to the house fast. Her customer service was amazing. I realy felt like she was taking care of my concerns and made the whole experience great (even with the spiders). Will definitely use them again.

Preferred pest control has done a great job with servicing our home. Maggie in the office has excellent customer service and always makes sure we are taken care of. I have tried other companies in the area but was left disappointed. Preferred is what we will continue to use from now on.
