This company is really great. We had a spider infestation and I needed it taken care of quick. I called the office and talked to Maggie. She was really great and got a tech out to the house fast. Her customer service was amazing. I realy felt like she was taking care of my concerns and made the whole experience great (even with the spiders). Will definitely use them again.

I used Preferred Pest Control over this summer to control ants in my house/yard. They were friendly, quick, and effective! I spoke to Katie in the office and she was very helpful and kind. Will is the technician who serviced my home and he was great! Thanks Preferred!

I can't say enough good things about this company— from the receptionist that helped me on the phone to, Roy, our technician, it was a five star experience all around! They arranged for a technician to come to my home within 3 hours— this is a godsend when you're dealing with fleas! Not to mention, you won't find a better price in town!
