This company is great! We get our apartment sprayed for cockroaches every few months and their service is fantastic. We are almost always helped by Pat and he does a fantastic job, we're always so happy to see him! His service is great, he's very nice and helpful!

We own two houses since 11 years and went through 3 pest control company's in the past. Preferred pest control is with distance the best company we ever had.it already starts with the awesome staff at the office. We are a military family and even when we were stationed overseas it was always easy and a pleasure to work with them from far away and I knew for 100%, that my house is in good hands, when we are far away. The employees, who are treating our home are always on time, polite and friendly, answering all my questions I have, also respects our home and privacy. Preferred pest control stands for best customer service and - satisfaction!!

I have used Preferred Pest control for my home since about 1999. I also use them at a rental property I own. I'm very happy with their outstanding service with pest control. When they spray, they are very thorough. Today I had them do "critter control" on my home - apparently a small mouse was able to squeeze through the grates and get under my home. In addition to adding wire mesh to the inside of my grates, they built a custom door for my crawl space door. It's very well built and looks great. I highly recommend Preferred Pest Control.

This company is really great. We had a spider infestation and I needed it taken care of quick. I called the office and talked to Maggie. She was really great and got a tech out to the house fast. Her customer service was amazing. I realy felt like she was taking care of my concerns and made the whole experience great (even with the spiders). Will definitely use them again.

I used Preferred Pest Control over this summer to control ants in my house/yard. They were friendly, quick, and effective! I spoke to Katie in the office and she was very helpful and kind. Will is the technician who serviced my home and he was great! Thanks Preferred!

I can't say enough good things about this company— from the receptionist that helped me on the phone to, Roy, our technician, it was a five star experience all around! They arranged for a technician to come to my home within 3 hours— this is a godsend when you're dealing with fleas! Not to mention, you won't find a better price in town! I highly recommend them to everyone!

These guys are awesome! They call or text me to remind me that its time for them to come by and treat our home. They are always on time and are in and out as fast as possible. Maggie Wallace in the office and Josh in the field are an awesome team!! Thanks for a quality experience!

These guys were great! I've dealt with a lot of customer service in my days, and Maggie is by far the nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We bought a new home and soon discovered it was infested with cockroaches. Being from a northern state originally, I've never seen a cockroach in person. I was disgusted, but these guys came out and dealt with it quick and clean. So far not a single nasty little roach has come back, definitely give these guys a chance if you have any kind of bug issues. And ask for Maggie while you're at it.
